Terms of Service

Last updated: July 14, 2026

These terms are written to be short and readable; using Tabiya means you agree to them.

Tabiya is operated by Steven Junio in California, United States.

1. The service

Tabiya helps you plan trips: an AI assistant builds and edits itineraries, tracks bookings and tasks, and (if you connect Gmail) surfaces trip-related confirmations from your inbox. The service is under active development, so features may change, be added, or be removed.

2. Your account

You sign in with an account managed by Clerk, our authentication provider. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account. You may permanently delete your account in Settings; shared trips require you to select an eligible successor first. We remove your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Your content

Trips, notes, tasks, and messages you create belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them solely to operate the service (for example, sending your messages to an AI model to generate a reply). We don't sell your data or use your trip content for advertising.

4. AI-generated content

The assistant's suggestions — itineraries, travel times, opening hours, visa notes, prices — are generated by AI and can be wrong or out of date. Always verify critical details (flights, visas, reservations, health and safety guidance) with the official source before relying on them. Tabiya is a planning tool, not a travel agent, and doesn't make bookings on your behalf.

5. Plans, billing, and AI capacity

The Free plan includes limited monthly AI capacity and one owned trip. The Paid plan costs US$19.99 per month, includes a larger capacity allowance for each successful billing period, and permits unlimited owned trips. Prices exclude applicable tax. Capacity applies to cost-producing features including chat, Gmail discovery, live research, and automation; manual trip reading and editing remain available after capacity is exhausted.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Web purchases are processed by Stripe; native iOS purchases are processed by Apple and are governed by Apple's payment, cancellation, and refund terms. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. A failed renewal may receive a seven-day grace period, but a new billing-period allowance is granted only after successful payment. For web purchases, your first subscription payment is eligible for a refund when requested within seven calendar days. For App Store purchases, request refunds from Apple. Other subscription payments are not automatically prorated or refunded except where required by law.

Paid subscribers may manually buy a US$10 capacity top-up. Top-ups are not automatic overages, do not expire while subscribed, and freeze while the Paid subscription is inactive. Top-ups are non-refundable after any of the purchased capacity has been used, except where required by law. Refunded or disputed payments may cause unused capacity to be reversed; if it has already been used, further AI use may be paused until valid capacity covers the deficit.

Automated or abusive use, including scraping, bulk generation, or using the assistant as a general-purpose AI API, is not allowed. We may limit or suspend accounts that abuse the service.

6. No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from travel decisions made using the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. For meaningful changes, we'll give users clear notice before they take effect when required.

8. Contact

These terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Questions or eligible refund requests: steven.junio91@gmail.com.
